Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Alphavantiq Capital ("we", "us") collects when you visit our website, open an account or use the investor dashboard and app, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have. If you have a question about it, email invest@alphavantiqcapital.com.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us.
- Identity and contact details: your full name, email address, phone number and country.
- Account details: your password (stored only as a one-way hash that we cannot read) and your preferences, such as notifications.
- Payout details: the bank name, account number and account name we pay withdrawals to.
- Identity verification documents, where we ask for them to meet legal or anti-fraud obligations.
- Anything you tell us in a message, form or email.
Information created when you use our services.
- Your deposits, withdrawals, balance, fees and statements.
- A record of actions on your account, such as sign-ins, password changes and requests.
- Technical information: the IP address and device or browser used to sign in, used for security.
- If you use the Android app and allow notifications, a push notification token for your device. If you turn on notifications in a browser, the address your browser gives us to deliver them. Signing out, or turning them off in Settings, deletes it.
We do not use advertising trackers or sell your information. Our website does not set cookies for advertising or analytics.
1b. What we deliberately do not do
Some of these are worth stating plainly, because they are common and we have chosen against them:
- No third-party fonts, scripts or stylesheets. Everything the site needs is served from our own address, so opening a page does not tell anyone else that you did.
- No analytics and no session recording. We do not record your clicks, your keystrokes or your screen, and no analytics product is installed on any of our sites or apps.
- No advertising cookies, and no selling or sharing your information with anyone for their own purposes.
- No marketing email without your agreement, and every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe. Emails about your money — statements, deposits, withdrawals, security — are not marketing and continue regardless, because they are the record of what happened to it.
2. How we use your information
- To open, run and close your account, and to record and process your deposits and withdrawals.
- To show you your balance, returns, trades and statements, and to send you account emails and notifications.
- To keep your account secure, for example by alerting you to a new sign-in or a change of payout details, and by limiting repeated sign-in attempts.
- To meet our legal, regulatory, tax and accounting obligations, including preventing fraud and money laundering.
- To answer your questions and handle complaints.
We rely on the following legal bases: performing our contract with you; complying with the law; our legitimate interest in running a secure and well-managed service; and, where required, your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
3. Who we share it with
We share only what is needed, with:
- Service providers who help us run the service, such as our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, our app notification provider and your browser's notification service. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
- Banks and payment providers, to receive your deposits and pay your withdrawals.
- Brokers and trading venues that hold and trade the programme's accounts. They do not receive your personal details unless required by law.
- Professional advisers such as auditors, accountants and lawyers.
- Regulators, law enforcement and courts, where the law requires it.
Some providers may process information outside your country. Where they do, we use appropriate safeguards so it is protected to the standard this policy describes.
The providers we currently use are:
- Resend — sends our emails. Receives your email address and the content of the email.
- Hostinger — hosts the website, the dashboard and the database.
- Expo and your device’s notification service (Google or Apple) — deliver app notifications. Receive a device token, not your name.
- MetaQuotes / our brokers — hold and trade the programme’s accounts. They hold no personal details of yours.
We will update this list when it changes. If you would like to know who holds what at a particular moment, ask us and we will tell you.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as your account is open. When you close your account we delete or anonymise your personal details, including your name, contact details and bank details. We keep the financial records of your transactions, without those details attached, for as long as the law requires us to keep accounting and anti-money-laundering records.
| What | How long | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Name, contact details, country | While your account is open, then deleted or anonymised | To run your account |
| Bank and payout details | While your account is open, then deleted | To pay your withdrawals |
| Identity documents, where we ask for them | 5 years after your account closes | Anti-money-laundering law |
| Deposits, withdrawals, units, fees and statements | Kept as accounting records, without your contact details attached | Accounting and tax law |
| Sign-in and security events, IP address | 12 months | Protecting your account |
| Emails we sent you, and whether they were delivered | 24 months | Proving what we told you, and when |
| Push notification tokens | Until you sign out or turn them off | Delivering notifications |
| Application forms from people who did not become investors | 12 months | Answering follow-up questions |
Where a period above is longer than “while your account is open”, it is because the law requires us to keep that record, not because we want to.
5. How we protect it
- All connections to our website, dashboard and app are encrypted.
- Passwords are stored only as secure one-way hashes. Links to set or reset a password work once and expire.
- In the app, your session is kept in your phone's secure storage and can be locked with your fingerprint, face or device PIN.
- Access to investor information within our team is limited to the people who need it, and actions on investor accounts are recorded.
No system is completely secure. If we become aware of a breach that affects you, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your information, subject to what we must keep by law;
- object to or ask us to restrict certain uses of your information;
- ask for your information in a portable format;
- withdraw consent you have given; and
- complain to your data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, email invest@alphavantiqcapital.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will reply within the time the law allows.
7. Children
Our services are only for adults. You must be at least 18 to apply, and we ask for your date of birth when you do; an application from anyone younger is refused and nothing is kept. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If you believe someone under 18 has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will tell you by email or in your dashboard before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
